Why I Started NU|BAR

I always knew diabetes might be in my future. My parents are diabetic. My grandparents were too. So when I got diagnosed as prediabetic, it wasn’t a shock — but it was a wake-up call.I started paying closer attention to what I was eating and realized how many so-called “healthy” bars were packed with sugar alcohols, fake fiber, or preservatives.
